Registration Sign-Up

To become a webCAT user, you must already have an established Virginia IFTA and/or IRP account(s) and your account(s) must be current and in good standing.

You will need your IFTA account number to sign up to conduct IFTA transactions through webCAT. Your IFTA account number is usually your FEIN or social security number.

You will need your IRP account numbers(s) and fleet numbers(s) to sign up to conduct IRP transactions through webCAT. You can obtain your IRP account number and fleet number from your IRP Apportioned Cab Card as shown in the example below.

Notice to Accountants and Bookkeepers: You and your client must complete a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) prior to using WebCAT.
