- This office offers all DMV services except the road skills test.
- All Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Customer Service Centers will be closed on Thursday, November 26; Friday, November 27; and Saturday, November 28, in observance of Thanksgiving.

Directions:
Metro: Take the blue line to the Springfield/Franconia station. Go north on Frontier Drive. Go three traffic lights and turn left into Springfield Mall. Use entrance #3 on the Northeast side of the mall.
From I-95: Take the Franconia exit off I-95. Turn left onto Loisdale Drive. Go 1/10 mile. DMV is located on the lower level of the mall at entrance #3 on the Northeast side of the mall.
